Start with Survival mechanics to understand the core systems, then check Controls & UI for essential keybinds.
Difficulty
Play on Very Hard. Fallen World is balanced for it, and it is significantly harder than vanilla Fallout 4. Do not pick Survival difficulty: it switches off Ashfall’s hunger, thirst and sleep. Don’t skip the survival and medical sections. They’re essential for staying alive.
